We’re gearing up for what we trust will be our best musical offering to date on March 25. We’ve just started work on this latest program entitled Dramatic Brass and we spent most of our 1^st 2 rehearsals on a terrific arrangement by Paul Archibald of Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet. We’ve added a 5^th trumpet player, 2 more horns, a 2^nd tuba player and another percussionist for the piece. The technical demands of this work are staggering, but we’re confident that the results of our efforts will be nothing less than stunning (in a good way, that is)! More on this project later.
